Leon Ng started playing canoe polo in 2011, and will be representing the country at the 2023 Asian Canoe Polo Championships. Before being selected as a National Athlete, he was the team manager for the Men's team in the 2012 World Canoe Polo Championships. Leon was part of Singapore's Under 21 Men's Team that won the bronze at the 2013 Asian Canoe Polo Championships. He has also competed at the 2018 World Canoe Polo Championships. Recently, he helped his team to a 4th-place finish at the 2023 Asia Pacific Canoe Polo Championship Open Category. Leon is also the Quarter Master of the Men's team and assist the team with logistical matters during training and competition.
