Started playing indoor hockey in 2019 at age of 49 after over 10-year break from any hockey when posted to China for work. Chanced upon this new sport and opportunity to play for Singapore while in search of some "must-dos before turning 50. Participated in the trials and was selected. Stopped playing in 2020-2021 and, in 2022, was given a unique opportunity to represent Singapore at Asia Cup. Sincerely grateful to team-mates, coaches, federation whom have looked beyond age and given the suppport and encouragement for me to continue in the sport. Look forward to making contributions to Singapore hockey.
